1. Services Overview

AloraHazel Services provides a range of services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial cleaning services

  • Specialty cleaning add-ons

  • Remote administrative and business support services

  • HR & people operations support (administrative only)

  • In-store operational support and organizational assistance

Specific services, scope, pricing, and availability are described on our website or during booking.


2. Booking & Scheduling

  • All services must be booked through our approved booking system or agreed communication channels.

  • Appointments are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to staff availability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Payments

  • Pricing is displayed at the time of booking or provided via quote.

  • Payment is due as outlined during booking (before or after service, depending on the service type).

  • Add-on services must be selected during booking and cannot be booked independently.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for unpaid or disputed balances.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the timeframe stated during booking.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

  • We aim to be flexible and understanding where possible.


5. Scope of Work

  • Services are limited to what is explicitly included in the selected service.

  • Tasks listed as “not included” will not be performed unless added and confirmed in advance.

  • We do not provide biohazard cleanup, extreme hoarding cleanup, or services requiring specialized licensing unless explicitly stated.


6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the service location.

  • Secure pets where necessary.

  • Inform us of fragile items, special instructions, or areas requiring extra care.

  • Ensure accurate information is provided during booking.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or undisclosed hazards.


7. Remote & Administrative Services Disclaimer

  • Remote services are administrative and operational support only.

  • We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or licensed HR advisory services.

  • Clients remain responsible for final decisions, approvals, and compliance with laws and regulations.

  • Any documentation, systems, or workflows created are based on client-provided information.


8. In-Store Operations Support Disclaimer

  • In-store support focuses on organization, inventory assistance, documentation, and operational efficiency.

  • We do not assume responsibility for loss prevention, security enforcement, or cash handling unless explicitly agreed in writing.

  • Loss prevention support is administrative only.


9. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AloraHazel Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

  • We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions beyond our control.


10. Satisfaction & Concerns

If you are not satisfied with a service:

  • Please notify us within a reasonable timeframe.

  • We will review concerns in good faith and aim to resolve issues fairly.


11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.


12. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, text, and materials belong to AloraHazel Services and may not be used or reproduced without permission.


13. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:

  • Unsafe environments

  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior

  • Repeated policy violations
