AloraHazel began as a thought ,a quiet idea shared between a mother and daughter about creating something meaningful together.

What started as conversations about work, care, and the way services are often rushed or impersonal slowly turned into a dream: building a business rooted in respect, consistency, and people feeling genuinely valued both the clients we serve and the team behind the work.

We wanted to create a company where showing up with care mattered just as much as getting the job done. Where homes and businesses could feel supported, not just serviced. Where employees are treated as people, not replaceable labor. And where growth is guided by purpose, not pressure.
